By accessing or using Inkori, our AI-powered tattoo design and studio discovery platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Inkori.

You agree to use Inkori only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, including when uploading photos, submitting prompts, or generating tattoo concepts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Tattoo concepts generated through Inkori are AI-generated design references intended for inspiration and creative exploration. They are not a guarantee of tattoo quality, safety, placement, or final result. Actual tattoo outcomes depend on the skill of the tattoo artist, your skin, and factors outside of Inkori’s control.

Before applying any tattoo based on a concept generated with Inkori, you should consult and work with a licensed, professional tattoo artist. Inkori does not perform tattooing services and is not responsible for the work performed by any independent tattoo artist or studio.

You are responsible for any photos, images, or other content you upload to Inkori. You confirm that you have the right to upload that content and that it does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable law. You retain ownership of content you upload; by uploading it, you grant Inkori a limited license to process and store it solely to provide and improve the service.

Inkori uses a credit-based system to access certain AI generation features. Credits are offered as non-renewing digital credit packages and are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, with purchase and entitlement management handled by RevenueCat. Credits are intended for use within the app and have no cash value outside of Inkori.

Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled according to the refund policies of those platforms. Inkori does not directly process payment refunds; please contact Apple or Google support for purchase-related refund requests where applicable.

Studio and artist information provided through Inkori is offered for discovery and informational purposes only. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or verification of the quality, safety, or professionalism of any studio or artist. You are responsible for evaluating and choosing any studio or artist you contact.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity that occurs through it.

All content, features, and functionality of Inkori, other than content you upload, are owned by Inkori and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.

You agree not to use Inkori to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Generate or distribute content that is abusive, hateful, or intended to harass others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or studio.

Inkori is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any tattoo outcome resulting from a concept generated with Inkori.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Inkori after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
