Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Inkori collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Introduction

Inkori (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides an AI-powered tattoo design and studio discovery platform, including this website and our mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories when you use Inkori:

  • Account information you provide when signing up or signing in.
  • Photos and images you upload to generate tattoo concepts.
  • Prompts, style selections, and AI-generated tattoo concepts.
  • Approximate or precise location data, when you enable Studio Discovery.
  • Usage and device data collected as you use our app and website.
  • Purchase, subscription, and credit balance information.

3. Account Information

When you create an Inkori account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication details. Account creation and sign-in are handled through Supabase, our authentication and database provider.

4. Uploaded Photos and Images

If you upload a photo or reference image to generate a tattoo concept, that image is processed and stored so we can provide the feature you requested. Uploaded images are stored using Supabase’s storage infrastructure and are only accessible in connection with your account.

5. AI-Generated Tattoo Concepts

Prompts, style selections, and any images you submit are sent to AI generation providers to produce tattoo concept artwork. Generated concepts are saved to your account so you can view and revisit them. AI-generated concepts are design references intended to inspire and guide your tattoo, not a guarantee of a final result.

6. Location Data

If you use Inkori’s Studio Discovery feature, we may collect your device’s approximate or precise location, with your permission, to show you tattoo studios and artists near you. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings; doing so may limit Studio Discovery’s ability to show nearby results, but will not affect the rest of the app.

7. Usage and Device Data

We collect basic usage and device information, such as app interactions, device type, operating system, and crash or performance data, to help us maintain, secure, and improve Inkori.

8. Purchases and Credits

Inkori uses a credit-based system for AI generations. Purchases, subscriptions, and credit balances are processed and managed through RevenueCat, our purchase and entitlement provider, in connection with the Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems. We do not directly process or store your full payment card details.

9. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Inkori app and website.
  • Generate AI tattoo concepts based on your prompts and uploaded images.
  • Manage your account, purchases, and credit balance.
  • Show you nearby tattoo studios and artists based on your location, when location access is enabled.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

10. Third-Party Services and Providers

Inkori relies on trusted third-party providers to operate our services, including:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage.
  • RevenueCat for purchase processing, subscriptions, and credit/entitlement management.
  • AI generation providers for processing tattoo concept requests.
  • Google services, where applicable, for location-based studio discovery and map features (e.g., Google Maps).

These providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to deliver Inkori’s features, and are subject to their own security and privacy practices.

11. International Data Transfers

Our service providers, including Supabase, RevenueCat, AI generation providers, and Google, may store and process information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using Inkori, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws that may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Certain records, such as purchase and transaction history, may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Visit our Delete Account page for instructions. Once verified, we delete your profile, uploaded photos, saved tattoo concepts, and other account data, except where retention is required as described in this policy.

14. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. As stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

15. Children’s Privacy

Inkori is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can address it.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Inkori after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
